Video Four: The #$%@ is my Vape (Addiction)
A bit of a controversial one here but, high schoolers vape. This does not directly say to stop vaping. This may also be controversial. But have you ever tried telling a teenager to not do something? How does that go? In this episode we use the subject of vapes to have a discussion about addiction and how it can impact yourself and those close to you. All while cooking a delicious pesto pasta.

Video Five: 'I'm Alright' (No Your Not)
Taking inspiration from 'r u ok?' day, in this episode we discuss the importance of being honest about how you are feeling with yourself and others. When we say 'Im alright', you could be fine, but there is often going to be something that you don't want to say. While making tacos this discussion will be both useful to people who are saying 'I'm alright' and those who hear it by encouraging them to question whether the person means it.

Video Six: 'First Dates' (New Things New Anxiety)
In high school, people will experience things for the first time, this can bring about a lot of anxiety towards people as in some instances, it makes them vulnerable to judgement and failure. We will use dating as the example that makes this conversation relate to high schoolers. In this episode we will be making a delicious butter chicken.
